Privacy Policy
Effective date: 12 October 2026
1. Who we are and how to contact us
Wolf AI Solutions is operated by AAMAZING LTD, company number 10891879, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 9 Hill Street Raunds Northamptonshire, Northamptonshire, United Kingdom, NN9 6NP. AAMAZING LTD is the controller for corporate website visits and business correspondence. Our business and privacy contact address, contact@wolfaisolutions.uk, is functional and monitored. We are not VAT registered.
2. Scope and intended market
Our initial target market is exclusively the United Kingdom. We do not actively promote services to clients in the European Union. The website is available in English and Romanian. Language choice does not change the intended market or determine which data protection laws apply to a particular activity.
Wolf Growth Assessment™ remains closed. Its separate frozen legal documents and browser-session storage contracts are unchanged.
3. Information and purposes
When you email us, we receive your email address, message and any name, company details, project information or attachments you provide. We process this correspondence to respond to enquiries and discuss requested services. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
The contact form is disabled. Local validation does not transmit its fields or save them in application browser storage. Browser autofill is controlled by your browser.
Hosting involves connection information, including IP addresses and request information. Technical and security processing supports delivery, troubleshooting and protection of the website. We do not use the corporate website for advertising, analytics, newsletters, automated decisions or visitor profiling.
4. Lawful bases
For necessary steps requested by an individual before their own contract, the basis is Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR. Relevant correspondence with company representatives, hosting, troubleshooting and proportionate security processing rely on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f): responding to requested business communications and operating a reliable, secure website.
Processing needed to meet identified legal obligations, including applicable privacy-rights and accounting duties, relies on Article 6(1)(c). Relevant information may be retained where necessary for legal claims. These purposes do not authorise unrelated marketing or excessive collection.
5. Hosting, email and international processing
The website is hosted through Vercel; business email uses IONOS hosting. The current protected deployment’s configured function region was verified as Washington, D.C., United States. This is not a complete map of provider storage, logs, backups or support locations.
Vercel’s published Terms of Service incorporate its Data Processing Addendum, which describes processor and controller roles, subprocessors and contractual transfer provisions. Vercel Inc. is listed as an active participant in the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework for non-HR data; covered UK-to-US transfers can use this adequacy mechanism. This does not certify AAMAZING LTD or establish that every provider operation takes place in one country. Provider information: https://vercel.com/legal/dpa, https://vercel.com/legal/privacy-notice, https://security.vercel.com/subprocessors and https://www.dataprivacyframework.gov/list. IONOS publishes its applicable service and data-processing information at https://www.ionos.co.uk/terms-gtc/data-processing-agreement/ and https://www.ionos.co.uk/privacy-policy. We have not independently audited the suppliers’ operations or verified every support, backup or onward-transfer arrangement. Contact our privacy address for information about the arrangements relevant to your data and copies or references to applicable safeguards.
6. Retention
Ordinary business correspondence is retained for 90 days after the enquiry is closed or the last substantive response, whichever is later. Deletion is manual, not automatic.
Relevant contractual, accounting, legal-obligation or dispute records may be retained longer where specifically justified. These exceptions do not justify keeping all enquiries indefinitely.
Provider security and diagnostic records, recoverable deleted messages and backups are separate from our ordinary correspondence. Their retention depends on the relevant service, recovery cycles, security needs and applicable legal requirements. We have not verified a single deletion period across these systems and do not promise that every backup or provider log is erased after 90 days. Contact our privacy address about retention affecting your correspondence.
7. Cookies and browser storage
Language selection follows the /en and /ro routes. While the pilot is closed, corporate and pilot-access navigation does not create a persistent wolf-locale preference. An existing legacy preference is expired on an appropriate document visit.
The application introduces no analytics or advertising scripts and does not persist contact fields in localStorage or sessionStorage. Pilot session and CSRF cookies are not issued while access is closed.
The protected review environment uses Vercel Authentication, which can set platform authentication cookies; this differs from public corporate browsing. The observed anonymous-review cookie _vercel_sso_nonce has a one-hour maximum age and Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax attributes. Other authenticated platform storage has not been fully verified. Changes to authentication or storage require review of the applicable notice.
8. Your rights and complaints
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Applicable conditions and legal exceptions may limit a right. If consent is used, it can be withdrawn without affecting prior lawful processing.
Send requests or privacy complaints to contact@wolfaisolutions.uk. Proportionate identity checks may be necessary. Applicable statutory response periods apply. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner at https://ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/ without first contacting us. Rights under other applicable laws are not excluded.
9. Changes
Effective date: 12 October 2026. We review this notice when our processing changes. English and Romanian versions are intended to have equivalent meaning.
